Strength Check
In this 30 minute class you’ll move through a circuit of exercises to build full body strength. We’ll focus on building functional strength that translates directly into your every day life by exploring all movement patterns and sprinkling in some elements of balance, coordination, and play!
Tuesday 6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am
Adventurers of all fitness, skill, and ability levels are welcome in this class. Chairs will be available and individualized modifications will be made. Critical HIIT
This 30 minute class combines cardio kickboxing with high intensity interval training. Don’t let the “high intensity” part scare you off - this class is designed to meet you where you’re at and provide as much or as little challenge as you choose. We’ll switch between high energy “work” intervals and chill “rest” intervals as we work to build stamina, support heart health, and have fun together!

Fit Quest
Choose between three fitness quests focusing on strength, stability, or neuromuscular connection. Move through your adventure at your own pace with guidance from the trainer and community energy.

The Way of the Agile Mind
Tuesday and Thursday 8:00pm
Let the rolls of the dice guide your workout through fun drills designed to improve agility, power, proprioception, and neuro-motor coordination.

Tactical Defense

This 60 minute class will teach you the basics of how to defend yourself in real life situations. You can expect to learn principles of self defense and apply them in fun and engaging drills and challenges.
Sunday 6:00pm
All fitness and skill levels and most ability levels are welcome in this class. Adventurers should be able to punch and block with both arms and stand unassisted. Adventurers are encouraged to listen to their bodies, rest when needed, and move in a way that works for them. Please communicate any special access needs in advance.
